Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Design and implement innovative growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives to test and scale growth opportunities across digital channels, partnerships, and product innovations.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

  • Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, assess campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure KPIs and share actionable insights with leadership.

User Acquisition & Retention:

  • Oversee paid and organic campaigns, including social media, search, and content marketing efforts.
  • Develop retention programs that encourage long-term engagement and repeat usage among users.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

  • Manage and mentor a team of growth marketers and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align goals.
  • Drive accountability and results by setting clear objectives and performance metrics.

Hands-On Execution:

  • Dive deep into the execution of growth initiatives when needed—whether it’s managing an A/B test, setting up analytics, or creating ad copy.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of scaling B2C products.
  • At least 2 years of experience growing early-stage startups, particularly in the B2C space.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Preset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Experience with growth experiments, funnel optimization, and user segmentation strategies.
  • Advanced understanding of performance marketing channels (SEM, social, content).

Behavioral Competencies:

  • "Hands-on" mentality, comfortable getting your hands dirty and solving problems directly.
  • Highly data driven, with the ability to use metrics as the sole basis for decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with the fintech or tax automation industry.
  • Background in creating or scaling subscription-based models.
