Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Design and implement innovative growth strategies to increase user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to test and scale growth opportunities across digital channels, partnerships, and product innovations.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities, assess campaign performance, and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.
- Develop dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure KPIs and share actionable insights with leadership.
User Acquisition & Retention:
- Oversee paid and organic campaigns, including social media, search, and content marketing efforts.
- Develop retention programs that encourage long-term engagement and repeat usage among users.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor a team of growth marketers and collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to align goals.
- Drive accountability and results by setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
Hands-On Execution:
- Dive deep into the execution of growth initiatives when needed—whether it’s managing an A/B test, setting up analytics, or creating ad copy.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
- 7+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, with a proven track record of scaling B2C products.
- At least 2 years of experience growing early-stage startups, particularly in the B2C space.
Technical Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and BI tools like Preset, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with growth experiments, funnel optimization, and user segmentation strategies.
- Advanced understanding of performance marketing channels (SEM, social, content).
Behavioral Competencies:
- "Hands-on" mentality, comfortable getting your hands dirty and solving problems directly.
- Highly data driven, with the ability to use metrics as the sole basis for decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting ideas and insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the fintech or tax automation industry.
- Background in creating or scaling subscription-based models.
